Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Time in the Valley does not store your full payment card information.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the experience or event booked.
Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled experience may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days may not be refundable.
If Time in the Valley cancels an experience due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient registrations, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a refund, credit, or the opportunity to reschedule.

Please contact us if you need to cancel or modify a booking.
7. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the activities they book.

Time in the Valley reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
